Something’s seriously wrong. For the past week, my breakfast cereal supply has been depleting and it ain’t because I ate it for breakfast or something.

I ate the breakfast cereal at 1 AM in the morning. I never had breakfast, unless you consider 1 AM in the morning meal a breakfast. I am beginning to believe that this is making me fat and that I should consider healthier options like be a good boy and go to bed at 11 PM or something.

The last time I slept at 11 PM was two days ago. Which, unfortunately, I woke 2 hours later at 1 AM. And yup, you guessed right - I had breakfast cereal at time.

Time to lose weight, time to gain sleep.

Well, it’s raining pretty heavy at my area and not a chance of going out. I guess I’m staying home today and eating wheat cracker biscuits for brunch.

Wheat crackers biscuit for lunch

Wheat crackers is actually soh ta piah. They go well with milk. I was talking about soh ta piah with a friend months back and I pointed out my cup is too small to fit the biscuit. And she told me her strategy of dipping soh ta piah.

Strategy to dipping soh ta piah

Place your wheat cracker diagonally and dip one of the corners into the milk or coffee. Chew off that corner, now rotate your soh ta piah 90 degrees clockwise or anti-clockwise and you can dip it in already.

Oh god, I feel so stupid when I heard that. I always break my soh ta piah into two.

So tempted to put this under How To, hahaa… Okay it’s done.

I went out of my house only to receive a message stating that no one is at the company. So I went to McDonald’s to have some food. I rarely have breakfast. Anyway I decide to give McGriddles Sausage and egg a try since it look so good from the advertisements.

Well, it looks like this in reality:

McGriddles Sausage and egg

Looks much better in the advertisements:

McGriddles breakfast advertisement

McGriddles is okay, although I would personally prefer McMuffin ’cause McGriddles taste a little too sweet for my liking. I guess I didn’t like sweet tasting breads. It tastes like hotcakes with the sausage McMuffin fillings. If you stay undecided if hotcakes or McMuffin should be your breakfast, consider McGriddles, you kill 2 breads with one stone.

But it’s not as bad as KFC where the staff, I suspect, made little attempt to make their food resemble the ads. My food always look kinda sad when I open it up. And they have a proportion problem too. Food in KFCs ads look bigger. I say those actors in KFC ads have smaller hands. Then they place all the ingredients at the direction where the camera is facing. If you take a picture from behind, there probably is no fillings there.
